A golf outing at The Bay Club is the perfect way to entertain clients, employees or friends. With two, 18-hole championship courses, The Bay Club offers a variety of fun and challenging holes to help make the most of your next event.

Golf Outing Services
The Bay Club staff looks forward to working with your group to make your golf experience most enjoyable. The following golf services are available to enhance your golf outing.
Tournament Coordination
Our staff will provide contests, scoring, rules, course set-up, cart signs and assist the Tournament Chairman in all aspects of the outing.
Driving Range
Unlimited use of range balls is included in the outing fee.
Tee Times
Mini-shotgun starts are possible for 40 or more golfers and full shotgun starts are available for 100 or more golfers. All tee times are based on availability.
Etiquette Program
Our staff will be happy to present a 15-30 minute complimentary etiquette program to your group prior to play.
Putting Tournaments
Add some great fun before or after your game with our creative putting tournaments.
Clinics
An instructional clinic coordinated by a Bay Club PGA Professional is a great way to entertain your group prior to golf. Individual instruction on the range for your group is also available.
Beat the Pro Contest
Give your golfers a chance to win a prize by going shot-for-shot against one of The Bay Club’s Professionals on a par 3 hole.
Rental Clubs
We offer rental clubs for $25 per golfer. Premium rental clubs are also available for $35 per golfer.
Food and Beverage
Fuel your player’s game by providing something from our full-service grille. Choices include continental breakfast, boxed lunch, hot lunch or dinner platters, cold lunch or dinner platters or the beverage cart.
Brochures and Scorecards
The Bay Club will supply brochures and scorecards to send to your tournament participants.
Golf Shop Merchandise & Gift Certificates
Our golf shop merchandise and gift certificates are available for great tournament prizes.
Golf Outing Fees
Please call our golf staff for rates and availability. Outing fees include 18-hole green and cart fee, range balls, and tournament coordination.
Outings may generally be scheduled Monday through Thursday (in-season) and shotgun starts are available for 100 golfers or more either in the morning or afternoon. Please call for weekend availability during our off-season. Smaller groups may be scheduled at anytime based on availability.
Food and Beverage
Continental Breakfast Buffet – $4.95 per person
Coffee and assorted juices with choice of assorted muffins and Danishes or assorted donuts.
Boxed Lunch – $8.50 per person
Turkey & provolone cheese or ham and American cheese sandwiches with chips, cookies and a soda.
Deli Buffet – $10.95 per person
Turkey, ham, roast beef, American and provolone cheese with lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard and a Kaiser roll. Choose two sides from potato salad, cole slaw or macaroni salad. Served with fruit salad, lemonade and iced tea.
Hot Lunch or Dinner Buffet #1 – $10.95 per person
Choice of two of the following: Pork BBQ, Beef BBQ, Cheeseburgers or Hot Dogs
Choice of two of the following: Potato salad, cole slaw, macaroni salad or baked beans.
Served with fruit salad, lemonade and iced tea.
Hot Lunch or Dinner Buffet #2 – $12.95 per person
Choice of two of the following: Fried chicken, Pork BBQ, Beef BBQ or Cheeseburgers
Choice of two of the following: Potato salad, cole slaw, macaroni salad or baked beans.
Served with fruit salad, lemonade and iced tea.
Hot Lunch or Dinner Buffet #3 – $13.95 per person
Choice of two of the following: BBQ chicken, Shaved Roast Beef Au Jus with a Kaiser Roll, Pork BBQ or Beef BBQ
Choice of two of the following: Potato salad, cole slaw, macaroni salad or baked beans.
Served with fruit salad, lemonade and iced tea.
Beverage Cart – $18 per person
Domestic canned beer, sodas, Gatorade, bottled water, snacks, crackers & chips.
The beverage cart can also be stocked to your liking and billed on consumption (recommended).
Prices include all applicable taxes and gratuity. Special requests are welcomed and individual pricing will be provided. All prices subject to change.
Rules and Regulations
The Bay Club encourages adherence to the USGA Rules of Golf and proper golf etiquette. The Bay Club staff will be happy to conduct a complimentary etiquette program for each group in order to help preserve and protect the history and traditions of the game.
We do ask that each golfer wear golf shoes with non-metal spikes or smooth soled sneakers. Golfers must also abide by the dress code, which prohibits blue jeans, cut-offs, tank tops and t-shirts. Also, outside food and beverage may not be brought onto the course.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit of 25% of the estimated total outing fees is required with the signed agreement in order to reserve the tee times. The balance of the fee is due at the conclusion of the outing.
